Quality Inn Bracebridge

The room was beautiful & a riverview. We had our dog also so having a large room, with Hardwood floors. We forgot something in the room & when I called back I was able to get it back.. Thank-you.

We were in the region for a family emergency and the staff could not have been more helpful. Kim at the front desk considerately moved some things around to accommodate us for an extra night at the last minute which was much appreciated. Thank you, Kim!

I had to travel roughly 4hours to attend a funeral and this place was a great find. The pool was so clean. The rooms were nice, I loved that there was no gross carpet everything was clean and comfortable..

I liked everything about this location the only thing that we had a problem with is the barrier of language and the music that was played on the last night down at the pool, The gentleman that was there had language and music playing so very loud and it was pakistani I believe. Do not mind that but in an area that is so confined is unsuitable I feel. They are now in Canada and should be listening to more suitable music. I am very sorry for the criticism but I just feel as though we are not living in Canada anymore we are living in a foreign country. There were other people however that we met that were absolutely awesome. ie pakistani people working there too great and valued working and being considerate.

We liked the staff, Curtis at the front desk was wonderful! All front desk staff were very nice.
